The Vivint Smart Home Arena renovation has been recognized by Engineering News-Record as the “Best of the Best Projects” for sports and entertainment venues in 2018, beating out 820 projects from 10 regions. An awards ceremony will be held in New York this upcoming March. The $125 million top-to-bottom-renovation of the Arena radically enhanced the look and feel of this premier sports and entertainment venue located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. The arena has served as a community gathering place for over 25 years and is the homecourt of the Utah's beloved NBA team, the Utah Jazz.
